N.B Easter is charged at the high season rate.

The spacious exclusive first floor accommodation is rented on a weeks self-catering basis to families or groups, ensuring your holiday is relaxing and personal during your stay from arriving on a Saturday afternoon to your departure on a Saturday morning. If you should need advice or help during your stay your ex-pat hosts are close by to make your holiday a wonderful experience.

Gas, electric and water charges are included within your weeks rental and a generous welcome pack is also supplied. Central heating is payable on amount consumed. The swimming pool is normally opened in mid May and closed in the first week of September subject to local weather conditions.

We accept bookings via email, and will hold the apartment for 7 days until the third, non refundable, deposit is received at our bank. We will send a receipt and confirmation of your booking by email and the remainder should be sent at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Out of respect for our clients neither pets nor smoking are permitted within the apartment.

Please refrain from using lotions or creams with tanning or bronzing agents during your visit to help us maintain high standards of water quality.

Any additional expenses or breakage's incurred during your stay must be paid before the day of your departure.
