N.B Easter is charged at the high season rate.

The 200 sqm first floor accommodation is rented on a weeks self-catering basis to one family or group, ensuring your holiday is relaxing and personal during your stay from arriving on a Saturday afternoon to your departure on a Saturday morning. However we can accept alternative days on request.

Gas, electric and water charges are included within your weeks rental and a generous welcome pack is also supplied. If you require additional services, e.g: maid, babysitter etc, please advise prior to booking so costs can be calculated. Out of season bookings can be arranged. Central heating is payable on amount consumed.

* 3 night self-catering "Mini Breaks" are based on a Non Exclusive use of the facilities, ideal for couples wanting more than one venue for their holiday or for those "house hunting" in our beautiful area.

We accept bookings via email info@locandadellerose.com and will hold the apartment for 7 days until the 50%, non refundable, deposit is received at our bank. We will sent a receipt and confirmation of your booking by email and the remainder should be sent at least 6 weeks prior your arrival.

Any additional expenses or breakage's incurred during your stay must be paid before the day of your departure.
